[obol] coastal white-headed WP question

That said, anything is "possible" on the coast.  I still would rank this in the top five of the rarest coastal records in the last 10 years in Coos County. The Curry Siskiyous may have a few birds breeding, but they are a long way from the coast. Certainly it is plausible, but I'm hoping to get a few more details before including it in the Coos book I'm working on as the 1st Coos record.
