[obol] Siltcoos Lake NIGHTHAWK

Hello OBOL,
  Last night at dusk I saw a NIGHTHAWK flying near the R/R Trestle at  
the had of Fiddle Creek arm of Siltcoos lake. That would be in  
beautiful downtown Ada Oregon.
   I did get a good look at the underside wing "windows". I'm  
assuming Common.
