[obol] Birdnotes will be down for a bit

The friends who have so kindly hosted the server on which I host  
birdnotes since 2005 are downsizing their web development business,  
and no longer have room for it in the datacenter space they rent.

I'm picking it up today.  I expect to have it up by the weekend at the  
latest, hopefully more quickly.  I'd chosen a place to host it but  
then found out that my ISP might host it for somewhat less cost.

Sorry for any inconvenience this will cause.

The server has been up for 1009 days.  Love birdnotes or hate it, you  
have to admit it's been reliable!

And sorry for the short notice, I spaced out and forgot to post  
earlier and just remembered I should tell people this morning as I was  
looking up driving directions to the datacenter it's hosted in.
