[obol] lingering/summering Redheads, Canvasback, Scaup at Vanport & Force L.

Yesterday while running errands I made a stop at Vanport Wetlands and 
Force Lake and encountered an interesting assortment of 
lingering/summering diving ducks:

	4 pairs of REDHEADS
	1 female CANVASBACK
	2 male LESSER SCAUP

The number of summering Redheads seems to keep increasing here, and 
with 8 birds now (2m & 3f at Vanport, 2m & 1 f at Force Lake, and 
birds shuttle b/w these 2 water bodies), one has to wonder if they 
are breeding.  Did anyone have evidence of breeding here last year? 
Perhaps so, and I missed it?

Numbers of YELLOW-HEADED BLACKBIRDS also seem to be higher than ever 
at Vanport; at least 5 territorial males and 4 females were evident 
with a few quick scans across the marsh, and I suspect a longer more 
careful count would reveal more.
