Eugene's Wednesday Birders went to the Delta Ponds north of Valley River Center. Our best and almost first bird was an ASH-THROATED FLYCATCHER near the top of a tree at the first pond north of the parking lot. We looked again for this bird as we left the area, but could be relocate it. There were many Orioles, Tanagers and Grosbeaks and several uncooperative Warblers in the trees along the river. Here is our complete list. - Sylvia Maulding, George Grier, Kit Larsen, Fred Chancey and Dennis Arendt
