[obol] Binocular or Scope Piece found at KIWA trail /Ridgefield NWR

Just a quick note to report a lost piece of optics equipment left at the
entrance to the KIWA trail at Ridgefield. If you are missing a piece to your
binoculars or scope and recently visited there, you may either want to
contact the ranger or check back as it was last seen on one of the wood
posts at the parking lot. It is possible somebody also picked it up and
brought it to the visitor's station. It was not apparant what type or brand
of optic it was associated with.
