Sounds beautiful, those plants must be great food!
I heard a story just today from a couple who have had Waxwings and a pair of hungry W. Tanagers on their R-H Pokers recently.

> This weekend Carol and I were treated to 2-3 over-the-top beautiful scenes:
> A cluster of bright red-and-yellow Red-hot Poker plants, festooned with
> yellow-and-burnt-orange CEDAR WAXWINGS. The birds were clinging to the
> stems and feeding on the yellow flowers at the bottom of each flowering
> spike. The birds faces were yellow with pollen. The whole scene was
> spectacular!
