[obol] AOL Spam Reports

Thanks Dave.

I do have to say that I made a few mistakes when I did the migration  
of the list from the OSU server to my server which caused a lot of  
problems for people.

I did my best to get people squared away by sending instructions  
and/or making the needed changes to subscriptions myself if some  
people couldn't do it on their own.

Recently we've had about 45 or so people unsubscribe from the list. I  
hope this isn't because of something I'm either doing or not doing....
