[obol] Brookings HEERMANS GULLS

Today I noticed several HEERMAN'S GULLS that were meandering northbound. 
This is the first HEERMAN'S  that I have seen for the season.  It seems a
little bit later than usual.  I'm sure all the pelicans up the coast will be
glad to see them.
