[obol] Brown Creeper and (Cooper's | Sharp-shinned) Hawk Photos

I took a couple of photos at lunch today in Alton Baker Park, Eugene.   
I was taking my wife to see the Brown Creeper nest I found.  I like  
this photo pretty well.  As a bonus we saw the Hawk that I see every  
year in the same location.  I've always called it a Cooper's Hawk, but  
in fact I've never been very confident of my identification.  Can you  
tell from these photos for sure which hawk it is?
