The hosting service goobered the IP (address) assignments yesterday,  
fixed things temporarily, then apparently in the evening goobered them  
again.

I've filed a ticket with them, should be resolved shortly.

They've always been very reliable in the past (birdnotes has been  
hosted there in the past), it's just a minor communication problem and  
we'll iron it out.
