[obol] Jo Co birds

Today (03-03-08) at our place (just east of Merlin I-5 exit) there was a female RUFOUS HUMMINGBIRD visiting our feeder.  Thought a female was present a day or two previously, but was not sure.

Also, there was a GULL on a light post on the Caveman Bridge over the Rogue River (7th St.).  Was an adult; no way a person could stop here to check it closely.  Pretty likely a Ring-bill or possibly a California Gull.
