[obol] Eugene - Swallows, Rufous HB Yes - Osprey no.

For at least a few years back now, Ospreys have over-wintered in the Grants 
Pass area.  They generally are found on the GP CBC.  This year there were at 
least 3 birds on the CBC.  The wintering Osprey(s) are along the Rogue River 
in the Lower River Road area (west of Grants Pass), or at least this is 
where I have normally found them.  It's possible to tell when the spring 
birds arrive, because they turn up at other locations then Lower River Rd.
