Should not the OSPREYS be working on their nest atop the ODOT light pole at I-105 and Delta Hiway in Eugene? When did they start last year?

Quick stop at Delta Ponds in Eugene Sunday at noon yielded nothing unusual except a high flying TURKEY VULTURE.
