[obol] Eugene - Swallows, Rufous HB Yes - Osprey no.

I think there have been a few Osprey over winter
around Eugene before, but not on my local stretch of
the river. (Beltline to I-105) We usually start
hearing them around Valentine's day. Generally they
beat the swallows here by at least 3 to 4 weeks.
Interesting...

At least we have the eagles to watch!
