[obol] Rock Sandpiper and Sooty Grouse Info

Dear Obol,

I am a birder from North Carolina that will be
visiting Portland this week, mostly for work reasons. 
However, at the end of the week I will have a chance
to go searching for Rock Sandpipers and Sooty Grouse. 
I saw the Portland RBA post from a while back about
Rock Sandpipers at the south jetty of Tillamook Bay
and thought I would check it out. If anyone has any
information on other good places to go for either
species, I would love to hear from you.
