[obol] Need ID Help - Most Likely a Sharp-shinned Hawk at Sallys Bend

I was parked at Sallys Bend yesterday and a small
raptor whizzed right by my windsheld almost touching
it as it passed and then perched on a snag very close
by. It was approximately robin-sized but with a much
longer tail. I got a long look at its backside. The
tail extended far beyond the folded wings and was
square at the end. There were 3 dark wide bands
alternating with light bands. The third band was
partially obscured beneath the folded wings but still
visible. It had almost neon bright yellow legs/feet.
As I walked toward it, I got a brief look at it from
the side before it flew away. The chest was mottled
with a lot of downy cream colored feathers. When it
flew away, I was surprised that it flew so close to
the ground it basically hugged the contour.

I'm pretty sure this was a sharpie but I wanted to ask
if there are any other possibilities.
