[obol] cardinals to banding stations

I was quietly enjoying all the responses to this thread, but there is one
point that I feel compelled to make, since I think it hasn't been made.
That is, data suggesting that cardinals rarely move more than a couple miles
from where they were banded, cannot apply to individuals that do wander.  Of
course, such banding data comes from re-catches.  Banding stations are far
apart and few between.  The wandering individual is not likely to be caught
in the first place, let alone, re-caught.
