[obol] calliope hummingbird

Obol,

A friend living in the Rogue Valley has in the past had Calliope Hummingbirds at her feeders in the spring.

She was so intrigued with the various species of hummers that see started taking photos of birds at her feeders.

Tonight she sent me photo of a Calliope at her feeder just outside her kitchen window.

It will interesting to see how long it sticks around and if she gets a return of a pair or more of them as they compete with Rufous and Anna's for the wonderful 4 to 1 sugar mixture.
