This is likely the same bird that Russ Namitz discovered at this site back in December. It was seen sporadically in the area and then has not been reported for about two months.

Subject: [birding] Emperor Goose Douglas County
Hello,
The Audubon Society of Corvallis weekend field trip
led by Fred Ramsey to the Bandon Coast found an EMPEROR GOOSE near the Dean
Creek crossing of the BLM property just east of the Elk viewing
parking lot preserve on Hwy 38 about 3 miles east of Reedsport. It was in
a field on the south side with other Canada Goose. It was a striking up
close view!
The weekend was mostly sunny and pleasant for
viewing the usual coastal species this time of year. No other unusual
sighting.
Good Birding
