OBOL, hello;

This Great Horned Owl, whose nest is west of Beaverton, on the south side of
Hwy 26, between Cornelius Pass Road and Helvetia exit, must have already had
babies in the nest when we reported her on 03/16/08 because the dust bunnies
we saw with her today are way too big to be newborns. We were unable to
accurately count noses but judging by all the lumpy gray matter; it looks to
be possibly three chicks.

Benazir's family is very easy to see. And don't worry about disturbing them.
They're at least two hundred yards from the business park and bathed in
freeway noise, so Benazir is hardly likely to even notice you. (If you're
sensitive to highway noise, you might want to bring along some hearing
protection.)

Restrooms? . .  No

ADA friendly? . . Though the business park is ADA friendly, it might be a
challenge for people who have trouble standing. Joanne is currently on
crutches for a broken foot, but she has one good leg and I set up our tripod
in such a way so she could lean on the car and steady herself. Shrubs and
wild growth might prove difficult to see over by wheelers.

Gourmet coffee? . . Starbucks is not too far way-- south on Cornelius Pass
next door to Fred Meyer.
