[obol] Brookings migration stuff

While in the vicinity of the Port/mouth of the Chetco yesterday (3/24) I
noticed a few PIGEON GUILLEMOTS, MARBLED MURRELETS  and CASPIAN TERNS.  A
few recently arrived OSPREYS and BLACK-CROWNED NIGHT-HERONS and the
wintering LONG-TAILED DUCK were also noted.  Also noticed a NORTHERN
ROUGH-WINGED SWALLOW   along the river.
