[obol] Lapland Longspurs--Yes on 4/30 at Yaquina Bay South Jetty

Hi,

   This morning (4/30), Chuck Philo saw the pair of Lapland Longspurs at
6:50 AM near the "Gull Puddle" at the west end of the largest parking area
along the Yaquina Bay South Jetty.  At 11 AM, Bob Olson also saw them in
the same area with a pair of Savannah Sparrows.
