There have been a few years in the last 10 when the
shorebird movement was rather unremarkable at least
from the beaches of SW Coos and places like Bandon
Marsh. The peak has fluctuated between 20 April and
the 5th or 6th of May in my recollection. So far not
much movement this year and we are rapidly approaching
5 May. And yes, sunnny (windy) weather is finally
predicted for the coast, so my bets would be on Sunday
& Monday for a really good days- we'll see?
Merry migration all!
