Hey Jim,

Please DON'T have a heart attack, as many of us can imagine the  
nightmare you got yourself into by taking this on!

We're finally get email from OBOL again, too, so thanks for all your  
ranting to Comcast, Jim. I never did get the return call from the  
supposed supervisor I left a detailed message for, but who cares now  
that OBOL is back, eh?! Maybe our calls all worked finally!
