[obol] question about getting messages

Hi obolinks,

I'm sure you are all tired of this topic, but I waited quietly for it to be
fixed and it has not happened for me. I looked this morning at the digest
and noticed one from the new list manager declining to deal with the problem
further, so I am hoping one of you will feel benevolent.

I have NEVER set my preferences to no messages, but understood that was done
for us during the changeover. Jim did set mine to  receive messages now, for
which
I am grateful, but  still messageless.

My provider is not one of the three named as blocking obol.  I am emailing
my provider to stop blocking obol messages for me if they have done so. Can
someone please tell me offline if there is some other route to a fix that I
should pursue?

The bird content to make this legit is that there were 54 species on my
place west of Creswell yesterday, with latest arrivals being Western
Tanagers. There were also larger numbers of Black-Headed Grosbeaks. The
Steller's Jay is spending more time in their nest in the backyard photinia
bush
