Seen on my driving back north to Seaside from Hwy 101.

Birds seen (in taxonomic order):

White-tailed Kite (Elanus leucurus)                     1 [1] 

Footnotes:

[1]  White-tailed Kite: Hunting over the pastures west of Hwy 101 at
     milepost 86 north of Cloverdale. At this time of year I would
     suspect this species could be nesting in the area, since we
     don't often see it much during Summer.
