On Friday, 9 May, and Saturday, 10 May at Summer Lake Wildlife Area in
Lake County, there were several RED-NECKED PHALAROPES mixed in with
the many WILSON'S PHALAROPES. I counted 5 female RED-NECKED
PHALAROPES Saturday morning, but did not look exhaustively. I did not
count Friday evening, but there were at least 10 RED-NECKED
PHALAROPES.

Also at Summer Lake on Saturday was a YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT, at the
campground/parking area near the barn.

At Refuge HQ, and briefly across the street at the lodge, were 4
EURASIAN COLLARED-DOVES. The refuge manager told me they have been
there for a year.
