[obol] Western Tanager in Newport Park

As part of the NAMC, we found a beautiful male Western
Tanager at Frank Wade Memorial Park in Newport just
down the street from the Newport Swimming Pool.

I've found this to be a reliably birdy park by the
way....nice diversity.
