Range,
Since the changeover at OBOL, I have been receiving messages as usual,
but cannot send them, and have not yet had the time to fix the problem.
anyway, would you please forward to OBOL this information.
This morning (May 16) at about 11 am, a singing Red-eyed Vireo passed
through an upland alder forest at Thornton Creek, Lincoln County. I am
well familiar with the song of this species from visits to my wife's
birthplace in Idaho, and have no doubt the bird in question was this
species. It was a county first for me, and possibly a first county record
of the species.
