Hi Birders. Yesterday, while conducting Marbled Murrelet surveys, I observed a second-year Franklin's Gull 3 kilometers north of Heceta Lighthouse, and about 1.2 kilometers off-shore. It was approximately off the Tenmile Creek bridge, in Lane County. Good birding,
