[obol] Black Swifts and Bald Eagle

This morning a flock of approximately 20 to 30 BLACK SWIFTS were in the
vicinity of my habitat.  They very gradually were foraging their way to the
north.  

Someone used to monitor BALD EAGLE reports on OBOL.  Today was the second
day in a row that an adult BALD EAGLE was seen in this area.  This is
somewhat unusual for this time of year.
