[obol] 3 beached Black-Footed Albatross in Cannon Beach

Hi,

Today there were three Black-Footed Albatross found on beaches near Cannon
Beach.  Two were found near Haystack Rock and one was found on Arcadia
Beach.  Only the bird found at Arcadia Beach was banded.  Anyone else
finding albies out there?  It's pretty unusual to have 3 in one day so close
together.  All three birds were scavenged and I could not determine cause of
death.  Info from the banded bird is below...
